One-on-one personal training includes a progressive focused program geared to your goals. We will work together to ensure all exercises are safely and effectively executed. Each session will be focused on learning and developing the tools you need to achieve your goals.

Access to the gym is required. Group training options available.

Online training includes a personalized 4 week program designed for you and your goals. You will be able to reach me via email and have any questions answered during your training program. 

Access to the gym is not required.

This add-on can be accessed either as a personal training client, or you can attend the classes soley. A great way to get into shape and get started in the gym in a group class atmosphere.
